Bean Me Up is a seasonal restaurant (Open from Nov-Jun) that serves wholesome vegan and organic options. Located in Anjuna, this restaurant has a backdrop of “Jungle Garden” that gives its visitors a cool and breezy ambience to dine in. They also have separate retreat area right under the trees to practice Yoga and meditation. The Tofu and Seitan preparations at Bean Me Up can give  meat-based dishes a run for their money.

5. Jalsa, Arpora 

Yet another restaurant in North Goa specialises in Gujarati, Rajasthani and Jain thalis. Jalsa meaning ‘celebrations’ is an all-veg restaurant housed by Resort Rio in Arpora. The main highlights of this place are its Chef’s special desserts and Dal Bhati Churma, which has no competition elsewhere in Goa. They also serve a ‘Jalsa’ Thali which is a mix of the two royal cuisines.
